The food is very good. The customer service was amazing. The wait is insane though. I know they have sign saying they are not "fast food", but I literally waited 40 minutes for my order. A girl in line told me she called at 11am. They told her to come for noon. Her food was not ready until 12:20. Just be warned if you order here you will be waiting a while. Is it worth it? That's subjective. I was not in a rush so it was okay for me, but I could totally see this ruining someone's day because of the wait. Also they should separate the lines inside for those who are coming in to order, and those to pick up. Its a bit jumbled. I honestly feel bad for leaving 3 stars, as I wish well upon this place. But the wait is a real factor. I'm definitely saying come here and try the food. Just know all the factors.

We travel from Hamilton when we are in the mood for a roti. Yes, we have roti places in Hamilton but they do not compare to Kori's. And no, we don't known the owners even though we have been coming to this place for many years. This is just an honest opinion

Came here on a Saturday morning and ordered beef patties for takeout. I knew this place was going to be good because there were tons of people waiting outside and some already enjoying food in their cars. The patties are possible one of the best I've ever had. The only other shop I can think of that could rival these are Tinels on Eglington in Toronto. I will be returning to try other items on the menu.
