I found JY when I finally got around to getting a ring of mine resized, as they had really positive reviews. In short they’re fantastic, Christina is not only lovely to deal with but they resized my ring ready for me to pick up the following morning and... it looked better than new and all this for at a very reasonable cost. I’ve since been back twice to get some missing stones in my wife’s eternity ring replaced and to clean some of her other jewelry - she says it’s as if her jewelry box has a new lease of life. And as I said Christina is very pleasant to deal with, I saw her dealing with an incredibly entitled and cantankerous customer with great patience and a good deal of grace, if it were me I might have shown her the door. I highly recommend them for all your jewelry needs.

Excellent Service. Quick Repair time. Went in to repair some broken necklaces, left with a Christmas gift. December 24th 3:05pm ! Satisfied customer and my husband loves his Franco chain.
Very sweet couple! I was kindly greeted and provided with prompt service. I went in to have my gold necklace repaired and I was expecting for it to take a few days, however it was fixed in less than 10 minutes for 30. When I went to put my necklace on in the car, the chain broke in a different spot. I brought it in and they repaired it again free of charge. Great service. Highly recommend!

I came to JY Jewellery to get my engagement ring re-sized. They were extremely kind and helpful! The shop owner very clearly cares about her customers and wants what is best for them. Their pricing was more than reasonable and they were very knowledgeable about the process and made me feel good about giving them this precious piece of jewelry. They re-sized my ring while I was still there! Many other jewelers in the area quoted about 7-10 days to get my ring back from re-sizing but JY did it in 20 minutes. The ring adjustment is seamless, it's absolutely perfect!
