My visit to Inside Story was great, Lida was very accommodating and helpful. I arrived late and she was understanding and I am plus size woman, and Lisa was helpful and professional in everything. She fitted me and adjusted each bra I tried on, and I never felt embarrassed or self conscious. She also left me with 2 great options and left it up to me to decide if I want additional colors in either, she did not give me a hard sell or pressure me at all. It was such a nice experience.

I shopped at Inside Story over a month ago for the first time and I was SO impressed. Lida was amazing - I was a little nervous going in as I've never loved bra shopping/fittings but she made me feel so at ease. The process was not only seamless but also enjoyable and I left with a beautiful bra that I feel amazing in and another one on my wish list! Will definitely continue to go here for all of my lingerie needs.

I’ve been going to Inside Story for the last 5 years, and I have always had the most wonderful experience! The staff is very friendly and always have great options on which bras are most popular and fitting for someone my age. There is a wonderful selection, that I am unable to find at other bra stores in the GTA, that consists of bras, sleeping wear, sports bras, bathing suits, underwear etc. Overall I am very pleasantly happy with all my purchases throughout the years :) and I can’t wait till it’s time for me to buy a new bra or bathing suit!

I've been here a few times and have always had an amazing experience. The staff is so helpful and there is always the most beautiful products to choose from. Antoinette helped me pick out a gorgeous nude bra on my last visit and it fits perfectly! I would recommend this place to anyone looking for a personalized experience with exceptional service!
