Edited: Definitely appreciate the response from the owner and explanation. Upgraded my rating. Original: 115 to repair a one inch tear in a canopy - thought it was supposed to last a lifetime - took 6-8 weeks with follow-ups despite telling us it would be done at cost and only take 2 weeks.
