My experience has been great with this location of Hearing Life. The staff is very courteous. Sarah is a terrific audiologist and was very kind to my 90 year old mother. Mom was reluctant to get hearing aids after she moved into a retirement home but has embraced the experience. Sarah educated and trained both mom and me very well. She is always willing to help if the hearing aids need to be serviced or cleaned. Having hearing aids has changed Mom's life for the positive. I would recommend this location.

Typical mismanaged doctors office! We wait months for our kids appointment, take the day off, show up in time to be told your appointment has been moved 2 months away and in a different location!!! No calls emails, mail or texts! We even called to confirm and left a message but never heard back! We’ll be looking for another doctors office to try this again!
Dr. Zhang was caring and helpful. I only waited 10 min for her. I read the poor reviews about her bedside manner and found the exact opposite. She was funny and warm. She explained what was going to happen and left plenty of time for the freezing to work. After she scoped my throat looking for a potential tumor she said “there’s no extra meat in there” which made me instantly relax and laugh. She took time to explain that I have zoom related vocal strain and referred me to a vocal coach. I’ll happily see her again if needed!
Amazing staff and practitioners. I'm new to hearing aids and they walked me through the testing, buying and fitting steps easily. Very comfortable, easy to use and great staff that answer all my questions.
Had my first hearing test completed this week by Laura and her team and it was a very enjoyable experience. The office is welcoming and the staff was warm and friendly. I walked away feeling informed and secure that my hearing and health was well taken care of. Definitely referring my friends and family here.
