Nice people, but did not assess current state of attic insulation correctly (put R-20 when I had R-40!). This resulted in a 650 loss as I was ineligible for the gas company grants. When discussed with them, they stood by their inaccurate assessment, provided no pics, did not respond in time for me to make a case for the rebate, and then blamed COVID for not being able to send emails? When asked to show empathy and for some reimbursement due to their negligence, they left me hanging. Nice people but there must be outfits who will take better care of their customers when carrying out this type of work.

This is the third time using Health Environmental over the past 10 years in our home. This time around they removed a wall that had drywall compound containing asbestos. I was shocked frankly how clean they left the work site. It was spotless, exceeding my expectations. I would use them again for sure, but hope I won't ever need to
