Nice facility, helpful and expert staff both front desk and tech. Good safety COVID protocols in place too. Felt the need to post this after my experience was so different from reviews, I thought it was actually nice.

Do not go here for pregnancy ultrasounds. You will not get a picture. Well you will but from a computer printer on a piece of paper. Reception is rude on the phone and doesn’t listen to what you are saying. I gave a two week window of when I needed to go for my 11-13 week ultra sound and she offered me a week early. After I might add she tried to calculate on her own how many weeks I was. Then told me I needed my dating ultrasound to confirm dates, which I had also told her I had already had done at that clinic. Which she would have heard me say if she wasn’t too busy trying to figure out how many weeks pregnant I was. Then offered me a date...oh nope there aren’t any appointments that day. The story if frustrating to say the lest. Moral is don’t go here if you want to be treated like a human. Especially one who is having their first baby!
Very disjointed for being refused service only for being few minutes late for my Ultrasound appointment, then rebooked two weeks later! This clinic should make some accommodation especially during snowfall, etc. A receptionist should not refuse service without consulting a physician to make sure a patient's health is not affected by further delays.
The x-ray office was very nice and polite. I was nervous about coming based on the other reviews, but they were great!
I had an ultrasound. The ultrasound lady or man not sure as the person was fully covered in cloth, treated me very unprofessional. The things used for ultrasound had sleeve not changed it was brought from outside. The cover was basically ripped off me, i felt very uncomfortable. The person mean talked to me when i said it would be best not to do the test , the person continued. To say least i was treated worse than an animal! I will NEVER go there again and i would suggest for ladies to be very careful going there. The only person that is professional in the whole office is the x-ray person. Reception is terrible as well very unprofessional and undermining.
