We’ve been shopping with Factory Tile Depot for almost 5 years. They have an amazing collection of tiles in every colour, size and pattern that you can imagine. All staff are so courteous, knowledgeable and helpful. We especially want to say a big thank you to Jacqueline from the Oakville location who recently helped us with sourcing tiles for our basement renovation project. She went out of her way to understand our taste and did not disappoint with suggesting coordinating colours. Great selection of wall finishes, from marble to reclaimed brick. A couple of pretiled shower stalls on display as inspiration and very helpful staff to answer any of your questions. Not much parking, so come early... Or off busy hours...
