If you’re ever looking for a great travel agency, you can’t go wrong with Owen and Colette at Expedia Cruises in Oakville. I know many people figure they don’t need a travel agent and can just book online, but when things go wrong, as they did on our February/March cruise earlier this year, Owen and Colette were with us every step of the way. While many people were panicking onboard, trying to change flights, etc., Colette took care of everything for us so we could relax and enjoy our extended journey home from South America.
Our agent Carmelina Pirrocco-Crawford has been our Travel Agent for a number of years and is excellent! For any trip that we have asked for her assistance, she provides full details, options and consequences of changes to the trip. She has been completely unbiased in her comments and always looks at our best interests. Last year we checked off one of our bucket list vacations - a trip to South America including 3 countries and 11 locations. Carmelina helped us through 10 iterations between Gateway Tours and ourselves before we signed off. The trip was absolutely perfect. This year she will help check off another trip on our bucket list and she has started working on the next years trip. We would highly recommend her for helping you organize any trip!
