This store is amazing! While many other art supplies stores are struggling to keep their shelves stocked, this store has everything you’re looking for and more! Well laid out store, plenty of parking and oooooh too many good things to buy! Loved how they put everything I bought in a paper bag instead of a plastic bag. Will definitely go back!

Today I opened up a package of 10 pieces of arches paper order this past May through the height of Covid to be sure I didn’t run out. 10 pieces were ordered and charged. In the sealed package were only 4 pieces of paper. Very very disappointed . I will never order from Deserres again. So much for trying to support a local Canadian company . I will be requesting a refund. This paper is also NOT bright white ! .
