Great customer service! I got my laptop fixed from here and they looked at the damage first and then tell you the price. Cause other stores tell you the price without even looking at the damage. I also got my mom and sister's phone fixed in a half an hour with a good price. Highly recommend.

I live in Oakville and was looking for a local place to help me with an issue I was having with my Mac mini. It had stopped unexpectedly and wouldn’t restart, I contacted cellphone zone and discussed the issue. They suggested I bring the computer in for a free assessment, and have me a clear timeline on how long it would take. I brought the computer in, and as promised they communicated with me and let me know the issue. The explication they have was clear and concise, and they did everything they could to save my hard drive. It was returned to me in a few days, the cost was very reasonable, and the after care was great(as I had some follow up questions). Coming from a sales background, the most important thing a client can ask for trust, and they gave that to me thanks to their communication. Would happily go back if I need to.
My MacBook Pro battery died over the weekend and I dropped it off around 4PM. Knowing that I had a presentation to prepare for, he went over and above to find me a battery (they were on back order with several suppliers) to ensure I had my computer back in the morning. He called with updates as promised and delivered an excellent customer experience all around. I have previously purchased a refurbished iphone there, along with some screen repairs, and every time the service has been amazing. I highly recommend Cell Phone Zone and will not go anywhere else from now on. Thank you!

Awful customer service avoid for repairs! My mom came into replace her screen, her battery got stolen in the process and replaced with 3rd party. Apple confirmed this with me that it was stolen and replaced. You therefore didnt take responsibility for previous owner taking battery and when you charged me to fix it, the phone is now more broken. Manager responded saying this disappointment is my own doing. Tried to deny your 3 month warranty doesn't apply EVEN though it was only 2 months and had nothing to do with it breaking after you gave it back.
