We have used Branders for our pool for many years, but this fall we worked with them on a major renovation in our yard. They worked collaboratively with our contractor and provided excellent service and top quality work at a very competitive price. Undertaking a major renovation during pool closing season could have been challenging, but I felt we had their full attention and our project was important. Raj and the team were great at communicating with us regularly, they provided honest timelines about the work and we couldn't be happier with the outcome. I highly recommend Branders for routine maintenance, repairs and major projects!!

We needed to replace the skimmer on our 40yr old in-ground pool and 8yr old vinyl liner. I took pictures and a video to show local stores. Pioneer wouldn't touch it because they were worried that they would have issues with the old-ish liner. Total Tech wanted 2500 BUT Branders said they could do it for 1800 or 1200 if I dug out the old skimmer myself. They did a great job and were true to their 1200 price.

These guys are the best. Finally I can stop shopping around. In the three years since we bought the house (our first with a pool) we've worked with the following local shops: Pioneer - excellent service counter. Terrific selection of parts and products. Will remain an in-store customer I suspect for some time. Price matching! Mirage - Mixed results for us. Very popular company, but I'm through with them Oasis - poor experience but perhaps partly my fault... they were one of the first we worked with Efficient Pools - we had a pretty bad summer with them. I wouldn't recommend the company. But I must say Jose, their senior tech, is a truly great guy and super hard worker. Now to Branders. Professional Committed Reliable (this as you can imagine is toughest to find) Fair prices Family owned and operated. I could go on at lengths about Branders. But to boil it down: they do what they say they will, when they say they will, at the price they said they would. That makes them the best

I wouldn't hire this company based on how they drive on public roads on the morning of August 25th 2020. Cutting off tractor trailers near the 427 and QEW, speeding, and weaving in and out of traffic in a service van. Great way to advertise I guess!!! If they're that unprofessional in public, how do they actually conduct their business!
