If possible get 3 quotes otherwise you will fall prey to extreme price gouging from Atlas. My furnace broke down on the coldest day of the year and I could not get anyone other that Atlas. They over charged me by 100% based on my research after the fact. TIP - use space heaters, etc to keep warm till you get those quotes - same applies to A/C - sweat it out for a couple of days - you will save thousands. On a positive note their installers were timely & did a good job.

Had a problem with my furnace on a very cold Saturday and received great service and a quick resolution thanks to their technician Anthony and his colleagues. To be safe I also ask Atlas for a quote for a replacement furnace and got a visit the same day from Justin. In the end, the problem was some kids plugged up my furnace exhaust and intake with snow. Anthony explained the troubleshooting process well and demonstrated that this company's values include honesty and integrity.
