Although I may have experienced a hiccup with the manufacturer of an item I purchased thru 360 Athletics Inc., the store takes pride in making things right. Purchased a Hypervolt from this supplier with a promised date of arrival for local pickup. Item didn't arrive on time as promised, which led to me working overseas with a sporting team, without the Hypervolt. 360 Athletics was too thrifty to admit their fault and ship item overseas to my address and wanted me to pay for the shipping! End result was I got my refund and left disappointed that I didn't receive my item on time to use overseas for work. Suggest looking for another supplier of sporting goods, one that cares for their customers and doesn't set false arrival dates.
