Prompt and efficient sale by Norman James. Went over the vehicle from front to back explaining all the features on the new F 150. All went smooth. Then he got us in to see Jillian Head in the Finance Dept. Jill was very pleasant and explained the financing options so we could make the correct decision.
I recently purchased a new escape. Tony P was awesome to deal with. He helped me pick the perfect car for our growing family. We looked at a couple different cars.. it was a great customer service experience. He made sure it had all the features we wanted. One of the great things I liked about working with Tony P, he didn't treat me any different, in past experience at other dealership I felt talk down too because I was a female. It was also nice he took the time to show me all the feature on the car before i left the lot. He went above and beyond to make sure I loved the car!! I would recommend anyone to ask for Tony P. when buy a car at Oakridge Ford!
