Great experiences renting from them. They replaced my fridge when it broke down, they keep the property clean, and I've always found them friendly and approachable. Not to mention I absolutely love my apartment.

I have had nothing but good experiences renting from this company. Very friendly to deal with and great apartment rentals! They are quick to address concerns and easy to contact. I absolutely love my place and wouldnt trade it for the world.
Don't rent from these guys! Quick to take your money, but almost impossible to contact or get anything fixed. They barely maintain their buildings and do not have on-site managers.
Do not rent from this company!! Terrible management, they never fix any repairs and they NEVER call you back. Impossible to get a hold of a property manager, and if you do, they are exceptionally rude.
Highly professional, prompt, and courteous staff. Would certainly recommend working with them if you’re on the hunt for rental accommodation.
