Got to buy some locally caught/captured food from the Arctic. Every day there are different items based on what is brought in! The candied Arctic char is a must and was able to enjoy some foods to cook at home from seal, narwhal, Arctic char smoked & fresh and caribou :)

Excellent choice of the finest country food. Joe buys from all over Nunavut. Caribou, muskox, whale, char. And all the finest taste treats the Arctic has to offer.

There is always a tasty something to eat. There is always advice on how to cook the muskox or caribou or lemmings. I love the fish! You never know what will be in the freezers.
