Had an unfortunate event occur where my car window was smashed during a break-in. After calling multiple other shops with no one being able to get me in on the same day as the incident, I called Novus and spoke with Zach. Zach was a pleasure to deal with, he was extremely helpful, he was able to quote me fairly accurately within minutes of speaking with him and he ordered in the window I needed from Toronto immediately and was able to get my window repaired with zero issues. I would also like to add that the clean up job was above my expectations. I was anticipating having to get my car detailed due to the amount of glass shattered all over the interior, but when I picked up my car I could not find any residual glass left over from the incident.
