I did not use this business as it appears very shady. I went in and asked for an estimate for my windshield and the guy came out (after about 10 minutes) looked around and said 450? When I asked if I could get a written estimate for the repair to provide to insurance, he said I don't give printed estimates and then his story changed and he said my computer does not work after being questioned about it. Personally I would stay away and I have sent an email to Novus head office in the USA to let them know of such a shady establishment.

I had a great experience with Novus. Very professional and a real quality job with replacing my windshield. Also had the headlight cleaned and the results were amazing. Would recommend to anyone if they need glass repair. Thanks guys for a great job.
