I've had a great experience with Novus for the last 3 years. They've been responsive, helpful and friendly. Quality of their Internet service is great as well. I had to terminate my contract early and there was going to be a penalty because I'm moving out of the country for unexpected family reasons. Jenny, who helped me with the termination went above and beyond to get internal approval to reduce my penalty. I'm grateful and will definitely use Novus again when I return to Canada!

I've been using Novus Internet for over a year and it's been a pretty good experience so far. Rarely have I experienced issues with the connection and the couple of times I did, it was due to issues on their network which they resolve within hours. Wait times on call are usually acceptable too and agents are quite helpful. They can try and solve any issues by accessing your router on the call and if required send a technician in as well. I had to get my router replaced once because of a fault due to which speeds had dropped fairly low. But they replaced it without any charges.

Novus is amazing! First of all, they have great prices. But their service is fantastic as well. My internet stopped working today. When I called in, the agent Liz was extremely patient with me and tried different solutions but unfortunately it just didn't work. She was able to get the technician to fit me in today (on a weekend) just 2 hours later and he fixed the problem right away. He didn't even have to come into my unit. Thank you!
