I found this college on google search and sent e-mail for information , 1 day later Recruitment Coordinator Meghan replied my e-mail but she replied my e-mail with short answers. I think they are too busy to explain the tutions, student future planning or student career planning. I advise that please don't work with lazy people and bad customer service. I am strongly think that money is the most important thing for them. Please don't contact with this college , Customer service level is zero. They think that they are the only college in Canada, try to find right people and hard working people who help your career planning.

This is the most unorganized and unprofessional schooling organization. Breaching personal and private information, no follow-ups, no reimbursements. Seems every staff member has no idea what’s going on, does not return phone calls or emails. “Head staff” equally have no idea what’s going on and do not take responsibility for mistakes. Would not recommend NSCC to anyone. Waste of time, energy and money.
If you are looking to learn a lot and have ongoing support from your instructors DO NOT attend NSCC. I am attending for the second time and couldn't be more disappointed. In the first week they tell you that they are there for you whenever you need them... can confirm, they are not! I was having communication issues with one of my instructors in the second week, as I was receiving one and two-word feedback statements on my assignments. When I confronted him about it, he said the exact same thing he said in the feedback and started ignoring my messages... and still it gets worse. I proceeded to message student services with a lengthy message explaining my situation , the one place that should be able to help you. They read my message and ignore me. I continue to get the same pathetic feedback from the professor. I know this is a horrible system because I have also attended school in Ontario, where instructors and faculty do everything they can to help students. They also communicate with each other and give you an appropriate amount of homework, rather than not teaching a class and telling students to read 150 pages for homework and complete an assignment in a few days like NSCC does. I literally have maybe 3 hours per week that I am able to get away from my computer from doing homework because I have 2-3 assignments due every single day, and yes, including weekends. The people in my class that have a part-time job are struggling to keep up, and they are having to choose between one or the other sometimes. I'm not sure if it's because school is now online that instructors think they can give more homework, but it SUCKS, and I feel like I'm not even learning much because I don't have enough time to spend on assignments. I promise anyone who is reading this that NSCC is the biggest waste of money and would recommend just using the internet to learn about whatever it is you want to learn about.
Such an unprofessional institution,they destroyed student life ,I strongly suggest international student plZ plZ don’t try to admit there they said they will take u but in the end of months they will take you when all subject are waiting they will kill ur valuable time as well as your life also plz don’t try to apply there and don’t hope plZ
