I've known this family for so many years. They used to own another jewelry store in North Vancouver back in 2011, when they sold the business a few years ago we were sad to see them gone for a while. I'm happy to see this jewellery store back with so many new modern and simple collections! The new atmosphere is gorgeous with so many luxurious touches. Recently I've purchased three new bracelets which I'm in love with. Sussan helped me narrow down my option considering my budget and she offered me a great rate for my old jewellery items. The details they put into the packaging were outstanding as always. I was given the option to choose a jewellery box for my new bracelet from so many varieties. I would highly recommend this shop to everyone, it's a family own business and you can see the love and care they put into their services.

I visited Nour Exchange about a week ago to change USD to CAD, and I was very impressed with the super friendly staff and their fair rates. When I told them about another local competitor with a better rate, they checked and offered me a better rate. Nour Exchange is one of the best places to do business with.

One of the only places to come across with a vast collection of unique 18K gold and other fine jewellery. Very knowledgeable and polite staff as well who do not pressure you just to get a sale like most other places. Best of all after talking to the owners, they’re a local family as well which is a huge plus in my opinion! Upon entering the store you will notice they also have the loveliest greeter as well who is very playful and friendly. She’s worth the visit herself! I definitely recommend!

I've shopped from Nour Jewellery a few times. I really enjoyed their customer service and welcoming atmosphere. The staff and owners are always very helpful. Also, the prices are fair compared to other jewellery shops I've been and they have a wide selection of jewellery.
