My son (age 18) was purchasing his first home; Cheryl was recommended to assist. As he had no prior knowledge of the process I asked Cheryl to guide him (I live out of province and was financially assisting). She took him start to finish; providing valuable information on property tax, land registration, timeline. She also gave me regular updates.
