I came across this shop online because they were the only one's left that had a jacket I've been looking for. I took the chance and placed the order to ship to the U.S. Like all packages during the holiday, a global pandemic, and staffing shortages, it's understandably expected the parcel to be delayed. Noel provided incredible customer service, reassurance, and communication throughout. They also have a great selection of clothing and accessories too! I would order here again and highly recommend.

I was sold a faulty item online and got no response after 2 emails. Finally I had to deal directly with the manufacturer (took well over a month of emails and phone calls) who acknowledged the defect and took care of the problem.
