These owners care more about their buildings than their tenants. Maintenance is a joke. Raise the rent at every opportunity while doing absolutely minimal upkeep. And if you are unfortunate enough to have a fire in one of their buildings they will abandon you.

Not very good place. I tried to get internet . They had to fix the cable line from the electrical room to the appertment . They never did it. Called them 4 time's. Still didn't do it
I just moved in one of the properties and I will say I'm pleasantly impressed with the services offered. Numerous neighbours have said that Northview REIT has \cleaned up the properties\ and Monday when I had to call maintenance about a heater issue they responded fairly rapidly. This is a far cry from my previous apartment complex where nothing was done. Not even when an outlet ignited on fire. It's only been a month but so far the views are very favorable for the properties...at least in Abbotsford.
