They treat small clients like myself very well, with clear and pleasant advice and procedures. Quite a drive for a downtowner, but so much better than Leal or Downtown Rental etc, especially given the abundance and quality of equipment.

I rented from them scaffolding. They have the lowest rates and they are quick in processing their operations. Front desk reps are very helpfull and knowledgable
STAY AWAY FROM THEM!!!! I rented some scaffolding from them and at first everything went smoothly until I returned the scaffolding before the agreed 28 days which was a Monday and asked about my 1500 deposit to see when I would get it back. I was given the answer at front desk that it would take like 4 business days. Okay so I figured by Friday I should probably have it but nothing absolutely nothing. Not happy about that at all. So I decide to call them and they transfer my call to another guy who is supposed to be handling it but no answer. I leave a message but nothing. So I decided to go to the location and they’re telling me to come back Monday because they’re having a Christmas party and the place is closed. Very unprofessional way of handling clients. This is the last time I am using their services. Stay away!!!
