Excellent customer serive, really good experience. I bought this car from John. He is very nice, helpful, and patient. He is very wlling to answer my questions no matter he was in the office or not. And he contributes a lot to offer me a really good deal. After I got the vehicle, he is still willing to answer all my questions. Very helpful. Thank you John.

i am driving toyota and i referred Northside Toyota to most of my friends, but in my last visit my experience was really bad, sales person have a tons of attitude and his way of talking was too bad, even he was not giving us proper information, i wanna give zero star to his customer service, and i will not recommend that to any of my friend in future, i will go to sudbury dealership or somewhere else, on good side i know Northside Toyota have very nice staff in service, like Jon, Rob and Craig all are very nice but i think they have to look on sales as well, in past year they have very nice people in sales like Kyle Rogers and Sandra they are very nice and their customer service is above and beyond but not sure if they still working or not.

Northside Toyota is one of the best place to Buy a new or used vehicles because they always providing good quality of services and vehicles, even staff is also a very customer oriented. I Purchased my first vehicle in 2019 and again in last week also i purchased my second vehicle which is really good and even i got a call from Northside Dealership after 3 days about my vehicle is it working well or not , and additionally i would like to mention one more thing about Northside Toyota that now a days they are providing one really interesting service, which is 1). If you will purchase a vehicle from Northside Toyota then they will take a picture with your vehicle and they will send you a hard copy of that picture to you address , That was so amazing i have never ever experienced that kind of service at any other dealership and also even provide me some gifts and candy.

I bought a lemon of a truck. I swear I got the only tundra that needed A LOT of work 1 year after warranty. I was feeling sick about all the repairs and I bought this truck 6 months ago. These guys will work through it with you, and standby there product, even when Toyota Canada tells you to get bent. I will be replacing my Corolla with a camry in 3 years and 100 percent be being with them. It's a real peace of mind when you buy a vehicle and the dealer isnt there to squeeze every cent they can out of you (Prouse *cough*). Special shout out to Mario and Peter and Kurt and Lori. Thank you for making it right. Havent got the truck back from them yet but I know there wont be anymore surprises and trust them enough. Very happy customer.

Good service overall, but missed taillight out in safety check. Customer service rectified it in 5 minutes though with no service charge. Bought my Rav 4 in 2018 and very happy with it. Great promotional sales on new vehicles.
