I tried to connect with them Via different channels, email, phone, text with no successful answer or connection. I wonder if they still exist and what the services are since they aren’t able to communicate on the basic level. I guess they don’t need new business
like
I called, emailed and dropped by the place but can’t get a hold of anyone and it has been weeks. Too bad as it is close to my place...
To be fair I’m not sure about their programs and training quality however from first impression prospective their communication skill is very poor. I reached out to them several times to inquire about their classes and sign up. My first email was responded via text msg on sep 10, 2019 and I was asked to provide them with my experience and availability which I responded right away. No one answered, I msged again on sep 11, no response and then again sep 16 sent an email follow up. Today is October 5, 2019 and they still have not responded to any of my inquires. So I decided to move on and go with another reliable training facility.
