Alanna was fantastic. I have been a truck person for 15 years and wanted to look at changing to a car with a bit more pep in it. Alanna made my experience very enjoyable and easy. From cars waiting warm for me to test drive, to the final calculations of numbers, the process was extra efficient and I would highly recommend her for anyone looking for a quick comprehensive process.

I honestly can’t get over how easy and seamless purchasing a vehicle from Northland VW was! From start to finish the team took care of me and never once did I feel pressured or like they were trying to take advantage of me. Matt DeSilva took the time to figure out my needs/price range and showed me a couple great options to consider. He matched me with my dream vehicle, and one that fit within my price range! Fernanda was such a sweetheart throughout the process. She came on the test drive and showed me all the features of the vehicle, and even handled my “can I see different options” text messages in the evenings when I was wavering on my decision. When it finally came time to pull the trigger, Matt gave me an incredible offer I couldn’t refuse - none of that greasy salesman stuff, just a true and honest best price. Manou in the finance office reviewed options that were beneficial to me, but was never pushy, she just wanted to make sure I was happy and comfortable with my decision. I was anticipating the finance office to try and gouge me - not here! When I came to pick-up my vehicle Umesh spent almost an hour walking me through every feature of the vehicle to ensure I was comfortable with it and left with all my questions answered. He was so friendly to work with and gave me his card in case I had questions down the road. Buying a vehicle can be a stressful process, but I truly felt taken care of throughout the entire process and never felt pressured into anything. I can’t thank the Northland VW team enough for making this the most seamless car buying experience I’ve ever had!

In December of 2020 I made arrangements to have a vehicle dropped off for an inspection as I wanted a Volkswagen Technician to complete a thorough review before I purchased the used vehicle. I proceeded to pay in advance using my visa and requested the previous owner to drop the vehicle off. Later in the day I called back to the dealership requesting a copy of the inspection and a receipt for services. The lady said that she would send it along. I never received either. The next day I called back asking to speak to a service consultant and he said it would be sent shortly. Another day had passed and still no inspection report. After a third call I spoke with a service manager who explained that they could not provide a copy of the inspection and that it was given to the owner of the vehicle and not to the person who paid for it. It was also noted that I was charged more than the quoted price and that someone from another department would call back to provide a credit on my visa. That call didn't happen. The reason for the review and a 2 star rating is the process ( my first time experience with this dealership) in that the flow of information was poor from start to finish. The credit is minimal however in order to improve your business, feedback that can help improve customer experience should be given and acted upon. ****UPDATE**** March 11 2021 I received a phone call from the dealership today and there was a learning opportunity that allowed an understanding between both parties that will help the customer experience moving forward.
