We recently purchased our new vehicle here after shopping for one for a few months. They were literally the only dealership we visited that was not pushy at all, and not trying to sell you something that you don't want. That is very hard to find in the auto business. Because it was so cold out the day we picked up our new vehicle, our salesman Frank had it right in the showroom next to the exit door ready to drive away! Karen handled all of our documents very professionally and quickly. We have owned many new vehicles over the years, but the experience we had with the staff at Northgate was simply 10 out of 10! Well I got to say that this wasn't our first rodeo.The show room was busy and clean as we're the grounds. I had the pleasure of meeting with Mr Sean Codner while meeting covid requirements I got a first class breakdown and run-through of what I was looking for. We took our time and he made sure all my questions were awnsered. I got to say i never was or felt pressured to buy anything and in the end he had made sure u had the best information and you were making a informed decision.Definately would tell you, if your looking make sure you give them a call and ask for Mr Sean Codner and iam sure u'll see what I mean.
