Sat April 24th - Arrived at store 1pm. Manager on the phone with back to customers lined up outside. Sign posted 6 people maximum in store. My mother is disabled, handicapped and mental illness issues. She was getting impatient and yelled into the store to the store manager who was still on the phone for over 20 min. She yelled "Hello, are we allowed in yet" The store manager ran outside the store right up to me and my mom and started yelling at my mom saying that 6 people INCLUDING Staff are allowed in the store and for her never to yell like that again in the store. The sign never said plus staff. She was rude and threaten security on my mom,.... she didn't do anything wrong and for a store manager she should of NEVER spoken to my mother that way or any customer. she was not watching the door, seniors were leaving having to take down the tape themselves to try and leave the store. This lady needs to have a demotion, or fired. No matter how difficult a customer is she should never speak to someone the way she spoke to my disabled mother. Unacceptable. I had to go in and get a 100 jacket that my mom had on hold as this manager was out to lunch in the head.
