I was having a heck of a time finding somewhere in the city that would put a lens from my glasses back in the frames. So as a last ditch effort I walked in and asked if I could use a screwdriver. He set me up with the right size and a place to work and let me fix them for free!! Amazing customer service.

This Store and its owners should get a 10 star if I could give it!! On 2 separate occasions this msn fixed another jewellers issues and not only did it happily was also beyond affordable!! I bought a stunning gold pendant for my mother’s birthday while getting another item fixed there from a different store! I will NEVER shop for jewelry anywhere else!! This guy is an Amazing smith who knows his trade!! Great work is done there!!!

I tried everywhere in Grande Prairie for a watch pin which would fit my watch strap as it is a little wide. Finally and kindly a jeweller in the Mall told me to try Northern Gold and Diamonds at the Bell Tower Plaza. Within 5 mins my watch pin was sorted and the cost was very reasonable, nice chap, nice place, affordable, you could say a hidden gem, pardon the pun, thank you, a very happy customer :).

I have had several watches worked on here, and have always had complete confidence in the ability and care shown. I wouldn't take my watches to anyone else. He sized a ceramic watch band for me without any hesitation. Always treated with respect too. A real Old School craftsman here!

Owner is honest and extremely knowledgeable in watch and jewelry repair. Highly skilled in 14K and 18K gold necklace and ring repair. I have had several fine European heirlooms repaired here and I am totally satisfied with the results. Superior selection of time pieces and knows all of his stock, which features the major quality brands. Will return here in the future for sure.
