Absolutely the WORST company and management I have ever experienced. After ordering custom DOUBLE doors and only receiving One opperatable door and a fixed door that won't open I quickly called so we could fix the problem. After emails and phone calls they were unwilling to Correct there mistake. I am sickened and would never recommend this company to anyone.
They do beautiful work, but if you are just and individual, walk-in, just need one door for your house customer, they take forever to get the job done. And I mean "forever". But once the door is done, they do a beautiful job at installing it. But give them two to three months to get around to it. They have a lot of big jobs to do for contractors and that is what comes first. (of course that is where they make there big money). Otherwise you are definitely put at the bottom of the pile and it can be a times very frustrating.
