I came in about a replacement hose for a discontinued canister vacuum. Not only did I get the hard to find replacement part that I needed I also got a great lesson on caring for my model. The service was fantastic and friendly! 10/10 Happy with the service and 10/10 would recommend!
The absolute best. I was in over a year ago with an old vacuum my parents had given me over a decade earlier. The older guy told me everything I needed to know, and offered to fix it on the spot while I waited. I guess I got special treatment because not only that, he even called me back to his workbench and let me see everything he was doing, explaining why certain things were worth it or not. Amazing, all for a simple and pretty cheap unit, he did it for a very good rate (he actually refused to let me pay him more as I felt he more than deserved it) plus he had all the bags and parts available etc. Apparently they do service for big operations, but they haven't forgotten the little guy either. Will always remember that experience.

I went in today to have my Dyson battery pack put on as I didn't know how to do it. I had always gone there when I lived uptown to buy and service my vacuums and thought they could help me, even with a vacuum that I bought from Dyson. They fixed it, and didn't even charge me. Truly amazing; This family deserves all of our support. They provide the best service and they sell cleaning items for our carpets that we all need and don't even know exists. Please support them.

I needed a gasket for a vintage Braun blender. The nice gentleman explained he didn't have the part but that I could cut out the piece I needed with material from the hardware store.
