Having recently moved into a new condo and noticing that our dishwasher handle was so loose it was close to falling off, we were so relieved after calling many repair companies to find Yevhen. Yevhen replied very quickly and unlike other companies, did not charge us for an initial opinion and quote of the situation. Because of this, we decided to have Yevhen come and repair the handle for us, which he did very quickly. He even saved us an additional 150 dollars by not replacing the handle which is what the other companies surely would've. Would highly highly recommend Yevhen to anyone in need of appliance repairs. He is very fair, respectful, informative, and hard working.

Yevhen did an awesome job with our washer/dryer! He came over the day after we contacted him and assessed the issue, determined it would be more cost effective for us to purchase a new one and came over the day after we received our new washer dryer to install it. He was very responsive, very helpful throughout the entire process and his services are very reasonably priced. I will continue to use him in the future and I highly recommend him!
Yevhen did a perfect job with cleaning our dryer machine vent to make sure it's functioning properly. He was fast to respond, polite and knowledgeable; he fixed the issue in a timely manner and provided tips on future maintenance. I would highly recommend his services!
Yevhen is amazing! Very professional, knowledgeable and experienced. He also provides great customer service. He showed up on time, identified the issue with the washer quickly, suggested a repair rather than replacing parts. Within a short time, he had the washer running. He also helped me understand the issue and situations that might have caused it. He even warranted his workmanship! I'm so grateful to Yevhen. Better yet, less junk in our landfills.
Excellent service, very professional and super friendly. Yevhen was very knowledgeable, thorough and answered all our questions. We had a small challenge with the built in microwave and he came up with a great crafty solution. He even helped us move our dishwasher and microwave out of the house. He also showed great flexibility when booking our install, we had a few issues with our delivery from the appliance store and I had to reschedule a few times. We would highly recommend Yevhen and we will be definitely using him in the future.
Yevhen is the best!! We were looking at having to re-work our recently renovated kitchen if the refrigerator could not be repaired. Multiple attempts were made by another company without success. Thank goodness we found Yevhen. He came in and thoughtfully assessed the situation knowing that another experienced technician had been in before. After much consideration Yevhen suggested a somewhat radical solution. This involved (super responsible) refrigerant recovery and re-introduction. Next - Sealants, brazing, and adding components that would allow for easier service later... Documentation of all was written down and tucked into a sleeve at the back of the fridge for a future service person to read... (who does that?!) 5 Star, 100/100, Platinum Rating, Thumbs Up from us. Arrived early and promptly diagnosed dryer issue. Appliance was repaired in less than half hour. Very knowledgeable and extremely courteous. I would highly recommend him. Thank you, Peter
