Be careful what you got from this herb store. The clerk does not know how much 1 g is converted to the scale they use.
Very bad customer service. Just passed by and bought some thing for my daily Chinese herbal tea. The sales gave me a very bad attitude. Seems like I did not give her huge sales. I would rather go back to my regular store that i visit every week.
Be aware of the sales' attitude !!!! WORST SERVICE EVER!!!! The lady sales who speak mandarin was super friendly and patiently to her other potential \big buyer\ customer while she was totally mean to me cuz I guess I was not her favourite type of customers!!! She gave the completely opposite attitude and was extremely rude to me even though I was nice to her all the time. I feel absolutely UNCOMFORTABLE and DISRESPECTFUL !!! I WILL NEVER GO BACK AGAIN!!! 里面有个讲国语黑色短发的女店员态度极其恶劣！ 专程过去买中草药，正好遇到那个女店员，当时她一直对大客户面带微笑亲切详细讲解，但等到她理我的时候马上转黑脸，再到后来我付钱结账她都没好脸色，中途对我又是用眼睛斜我又是鼻孔看我，以至于讲话态度都会让我特别不舒服！！和之前对“大客户”简直判若两人！ 我们中间过程完全没有发生任何不愉快， 我的态度也很友好。或许因为我不是她的“大客户”，但是对于这种态度让人十分气愤！ 以后一定一定一定不会再去了！！！
里面有个短发的女的，服务态度超级差，一脸怨气，问了价钱不买就一直说些难听的话埋怨顾客，以后不会再去……
