This company is an absolute fraud. I am so incredibly disappointed of businesses like this because they try and prey on people. Kick them when they are down and take advantage of people during times of desperation. I took my external hard drive in to recover data. I told them that I thought it was a software issue and the software was outdated. In other words my new laptop was no longer recognized. They took it off my hands for 6 hours and came back with a quote of 2100 telling me that it had to do with “loose heads” in the hardware. I picked up my hard drive, drove straight to Best Buy, the geek squad plugged it in and immediately told me that it was a simple software solution. They charged me 100 to recover all of my data. Companies like WeRecoverData should be shut down for the unethical business practice and fraud.
