Viola laser is the best laser clinic in the GTA. Great customer service and I’ve gotten amazing results from my first session of treatment with Candela laser. I had to cancel my second appointment which was after 6 weeks as there was very small growth back. Had tried laser treatments with different machines for years but the machine they are using at Viola laser I have gotten phenomenal results from. I am hoping this will be the last treatment I go through.

Best laser and skincare clinic ever!! 1. The place is definitely safe and clean. They have hand sanitizer everywhere, shoe cover dispenser, mandatory mask wearing etc. 2. I’ve tried underarm laser hair removal 8 times before coming here but my hair kept growing back..so far I’ve only had 2 sessions here but it already worked better than before, I can tell my hair grows WAY MORE SLOWLY. 3. Also for the skin consultation, it’s extremely informative. They help me redesign my skincare routine and offer me lots of valuable advice. They truly care about customers’ skin instead of selling them products/service. It’s the only place I trust( I’ve been to 4 clinics in the city this is for sure the best one) 100% recommended to everyone!!
I have tried a few other laser hair removal places before, and none have provided me with results like Fariba. Almost instantly I saw great results and continue to see results after each session. Not only are the results amazing, but the atmosphere is too. Fariba and her staff are very welcoming, kind, and professional. The area is very clean and due to COVID-19, the safety protocols they have taken make you feel safe and taken care of. I live a few hours away from Viola laser and they are always so flexible with my schedule and find what time works best for me. The drive is always worth it because she has provided me with the best results, and I am very grateful. I 100% recommend her for laser hair treatment, you will not be disappointed.
Aside from being happy with the results, the staff being very responsive and very welcoming I must comment on the safety measures they have taken. They have gone ABOVE and BEYOND to ensure the safety and well being of their clients in the midst of the pandemic. Questionnaires, temperature checks, hand sanitizing, hand washing, and shoe coverings are just a few things that I have seen implemented. Very well done to this business.
Fariba and Andrew are the life savers. They provide the best professional services with a human touch. They understand your needs, concerns and recommend the best customized skin treatments. I haven’t seen such great experience and results ever before, whether it’s laser or skin care treatments. All you can do is go there and offer your trust and they can do wonders to your skin. I would highly recommend Viola and would like to visit them as long as I can. Not to mention, their admin is very considerate as well. I am getting wonderful results for the laser and it’s been only 4 sessions as of now. I would never forget the time when I got the deep chemical peel and messed up with my after care instructions as I couldn’t follow the recommended steps. Fariba and Andrew made sure to get my treatment back on track and were very very cooperative throughout the recovery process. You guys are the BEST!! I can’t wait to see you again; ️️️️️️
