I’ve had the pleasure of knowing the folks here for about 6 years now and have nothing bad to say about any of them. Quite the contrary. It’s a good management company that is on top of their game. They are fair and easy to deal with and respond quickly to requests made by tenants. Oscar and Mike make up a dynamic duo serving as the superintendents and do a great job getting to maintenance requests in a timely manner. They’re also very friendly :-) Lastly, Jeff the building manager is great. The few times I’ve ever gone to him with any issues he took ownership of them immediately and treated them as his own. He’s a fair, reasonable guy and also quite easy to deal with. Overall the company stays on top of their obligations to their tenants and to making sure the building and grounds look tidy and clean, as well as staying up to date on pest and fire protection management. I’d recommend getting a place here if you can. It’s a good place to be.
