Had a chance to visit this Vacheron boutique at Yorkdale two weeks ago and met the most wonderful representative. Big thank you to Magrelys help, bring very knowledgeable and Enthusiastic, she took the time and explained every question I had, very friendly and no pressure sales at all. Classy and Friendly environment at the same time, will definitely visit again to try on a few more pieces.

Don’t go there!!! I would give a 0 star if I could. They don’t stand behind their products! I have a watch for just over 2 yrs and it already not keep enough power reserve. So they ask me to pay 2000 for service!!! I don’t think a client should spend 2000 on service every 2 years! Worst thing is the manager there is very unprofessional, he give me bad attitude and basically told me to leave if I don’t have money!!!

Didn't really get the service I get at other luxury watch boutiques. The sales lady was firing off one-word answers to my questions. I could see the relief on her face when I left, so she could surf the net on her phone (which she did, I looked back through the window). I know this isn't usual service I get from other authorized dealers/boutiques, so nothing against the brand.
