Great service and great choices of eyewear. It got busy as soon as we got there but the staff are able to manage the demands of their clients. Sanitation is great; manager/owner sanitizes every eyewear that's been tried on. Overall, it was a pleasant experience. Keep it up!

My husband and I purchased our glasses and we are both very happy with the quality and the customer service we both received. They have a very big selection of different brands. Definitely recommend this place.

I've been buying my eyeware there for years. Very knowledgable. Ted and Jessica do an awesome job in helping me pick out my glasses.

Do not go here!! Receptionist is entirely rude. Manager by the name of Rod Is absolutely disgusting. No form of customer service!! Absolutely none!! Called the company booked an appointment. Rod, the MANAGER, picked up the phone. He gave me the time for my appointment I showed up for the time he gave me. This man did not book the appointment. Here is the funny part, when I went to the place I approach Rod and told him that I had an appointment for 1:20pm, not knowing that he was the one I spoke with on the phone to book my appointment, he directed me to his receptionist, a complete hoodrat, who told me there was no appointment and I needed to go walk around and come back or she would call me. Proceeded to ask for a business card of someone I can talk to about the service I have recieved and she gave me Rod's business card. Yes I type right!! The same person who didn't book the appointment that's the the business card I got. Do yourself a favour and find some where else with professionals and people with class. DO NOT GO HERE!!! I am forced to give this 1 star because I can't post my experience without rating.

The only reason why I give this place 1 star is because of the receptionist. Very attentive and friendly with customers. The eye doctor however, is very rude to customers and has no patience with those completing an eye exam. The choices in glasses are very limited, if this place wants to stay open for business any longer I recommend getting a new optometrist. Those looking for an eye doctor or buying new glasses I recommend going to I Optical Inc located at 1066 Wilson Ave.
