I don’t normally write reviews but my entire experience with Ultramatic was so exceptional and Tina, Jesse and Maria all deserve to be recognized for their excellent service. From a product standpoint, I could not be happier. I was concerned at first because I thought I was buying a bed typically used in nursing homes but this is far from the case. Not only is the mattress super comfortable and the frame stylish, the functionality of being able read and work in bed is fantastic which I recommend for all ages. Even IF the service WAS horrible, I would still be thrilled with the bed itself. That said, the service was the perfect maraschino cherry on top. Ordering, delivery and installation was fast and very smooth. A month later I lifted the beds to slide a new carpet underneath and foolishly dropped the bed on its side really hard and broke a piece. Tina was a real pleasure to work with to solve the problem. She is so committed to the company and her clients that she took facetime calls in the evening and on the weekend to walk me through diagnosing the problem, securing the replacement part and guiding me through installing it myself. Thank you again Tina! I highly recommend Ultramatic to everyone!

I feel compelled to write this review because of the excellent, outstanding customer service that I have received from Ultramatic. I have had the opportunity to deal with both Maria and Jesse when I was trying to decide on the right mattress for my needs. Maria and Jesse were very professional, intimately knowledgeable with their products and extremely helpful without being pushy. They were very patient with me, answered all my questions and helped me to select the perfect mattress for me.

I have been sleeping in a lazy boy chair most nights for over a year. I suffer from GERD have arthritis in my back and in need of a hip replacement. I decided to buy an adjustable bed before having surgery. Adjustable beds are expensive so this was a major decision. Maria at Ultramatic was wonderful, she did not pressure me was patient as i tried out a few mattresses to find just the right one. My new bed was delivered just before new years and I love it. My nights are so much better. A bonus is that I can take my computer to bed and be in a comfortable position to check end of day emails or read a Kindle book. Thanks Maria

I called Ultramatic on behalf of my grandmother because she needed a new mattress for her bed and I was fortunate to talk to a lady named Tina, she was very help full with finding a mattress for her and it is working perfectly, my grandmother is not waking up in pain anymore and is actually getting a full nights sleep now. Thank you very much Tina for your help. When the mattress came to the house the delivery men were very help full and accommodating.

I will start off by saying that our purchase of Ultramatic adjustable beds really is a life changing experience. Both my husband and I suffer from lower back pain and various aches and pains all over our bodies. Use of the Zero Gravity selection is so comfortable, add to that the soothing, and therapeutic, massage settings allows us to have restful sleep unlike we have experienced in some time. Having said that, we did have a couple of glitches with our order which were promptly brought to the attention of the Customer Care Department. \Susie\ Chapman began working with us from day one until the more than satisfactory conclusion of our \complaint\. Through every step of the journey she remained professional, knowledgeable and always pleasant. She gave us confidence that we were being heard and quickly responded to every question/concern that we had.
