Just returned a car. Loved how the person at the desk help me in my situation. Rental car was perfect what I needed it for. I had no problems with the car.
This company seems to be a scam. You make a reservation online, when you call they say they don't have the vehicle and offers you another one more expensive. Be careful! I ended up not renting there and do not recommend.
I would give them a minus if i could...one of the worst and i mean worst customer service...when you call there is no answer and when someone eventually picks up they have to check their availability and say they will call you back but then nothing...if this was the beginning god knows how bad it would have gotten throughout the rental period.
