The Reyes World

My son was diagnosed with ASD in early 2017 and having received an approval for direct funding from TPAS, my wife and I inquired with them. I set an appointment but to our dismay, no one was aware of our appointment, no one properly did an intake when we went there. I took some time off from work for our appointment but it is just a waste of time to go there. The lady at the front just gave us a form to fill out and said someone will follow up but no one did. I have a bad impression with this company for a start, even when we try to follow up by phone, it is always on voicemail and when we try to follow up by e-mail, no reply! Bad customer service!!!

Great place and great people! The owner of the company who is also the clinical director is always very responsive to parents concerns and trying to find therapists who will be the best fit for the family.

Amazing people and staff. My son has been attending Toronto IBI for over a year and the outsome is amazing. From only speaking a couple of words to speaking in sentances. We are eternally greatful. Such a welcoming atmosphere, staff is very attentive to the childs needs. Love that there is always open communication and are always willing to listen to questions and concerns.
