One of the worst vendor experiences I've ever had. Avoid doing business with this company at all costs, you'll not only waste your time you'll be wasting your money. Horrendous customer service from every single person I interacted with and ultimately subpar product.

Take your business somewhere else. Very unprofessional business conduct bordering FRAUD. They will waste your time and you may even lose your money. We ordered roof and floor drawings mid November 2020 and made full prepayment (1,243) and were promised the drawings in 4-6 weeks. Shortly before Christmas holidays the vendor told us the drawings were ready and they were just waiting for the engineer's stamp. Nothing happened since then and on January 15, 2021 they stopped responding to our calls, messages and emails. Do NOT fall for all positive reviews as we and many others did.
Not impressed. Never was able to speak with a real person any of the times I called, no response to messages left via email or phone. All reviews I have read were positive, and I am not sure why mine is so different. Makes you wonder if these reviews came from real people.
Extremely please with the experience. This was first time buying lumber outside of a big box store (this time I wanted to support more local). Great personal service and quick turn around.
This company owes thousands of dollars to carriers and refuses to pay or even discuss it!
