While the place appears like it needs some TLC, they represent good value and a healthy alternative to Iranian food. Their koobideh is still made in house and their food is less fatty than some competitors in the are. I do pop in from time to time and get kebabs and their daily stews with rice (the fesenjun is 10/10).

Love this little takeout place. It doesn’t seem much from outside or even from inside. But they only focus on take out and delivery. But food is always prepared fresh and tastes great. Portion size is also huge with very reasonable pricing. Service is also fantastic. Highly recommend this place.
Not environmentally friendly at all. All the take outs are in Styrofoam dishes and plastic cutlery in plastic bags. I can't imagine the amount of waste is created at this place which is not up-to-date with the environmental regulations. Their food is delicious but I always have second thoughts to buy from there because I don't want to contribute to filling the landfills. SO SAD

I went to North York branch this noon to pick up a Soltany Kebab dish. The kebab was not fresh. It was totally stale, maybe it was cooked yesterday. If I were nearby, I would definitely return the food. I paid for a fresh food but what I received was not even warm enough. I think it is the owner responsibility to let the clients know if they don't have fresh food.
