Not sure what J Rc, above review, is smoking. Saying the staff looked miserable is like saying my meal did not look nice. Taste is more important than presentation and is more of a personal opinion than a review. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable about interior design and custom furniture. Pickup was no issue as i had my order delivered. Good quality of materials used. Good selection. Flexible but not afraid to offer an opinion. Locally made is a very good thing and is represented in the quality of products i received. Had minor issues with fitment but all were resolved quickly and satisfactorily. Furniture brings our room together wonderfully. would recommend Silva to anyone willing to spend a little more for good quality and service.
