Today there was an incredibly long line at the post office. Alicia is a superstar, she was working alone when I was there and she was doing a tremendous job. Please I know it is hard, try to schedule to better support your staff. Remember this may not be a typical busy day of the week, it was however..... Black Friday Weekend! Great work Alicia

The pharmacy here is horrendous, stay away! My mom has Stage 4 cancer and urgently needed medication. They told her she would be texted after her medication is ready. After 45 minutes, when she went back in, she was told that the medication was not in stock and to come back tomorrow. We thought we would call in advance just in case the next day. First, the pharmacy never picks up the phone. After we spoke with the store manager, he went to the pharmacy and told us the medication would be ready by 6 pm. We went there at 6:30 pm and low and behold, they didn't have it! They have my mom's prescription and no medication. I hope karma is real and the person who runs the pharmacy can reflect on what the purpose of a pharmacy is.

Do not go to this Shoppers drug mart especially if you have ask the pharmacist Micheal anything he is not willing to help! He shouldn't be working at all!

Maria, the cosmetician at the beauty counter wasn't wearing her mask over her nose as she was helping a customer with perfumes, when I made a return I asked her to cover her nose with her mask and she told me she can't breathe if she puts in on her nose and that she'll faint. I told her well its hard for me to breathe too but its a pandemic. She then told me she's behind the screen and I told her she wasn't when she was helping the man with the perfumes, covered her nose, handed me back my receipt and turned away from me. If wearing a mask properly causes her to faint then maybe she shouldn't be working. Picture is from when I was leaving the store
