Great experience and product! We were so happy with the COVID-sensitive service. We have four very large windows and had to get the our shades tailor made for us. Shades of Home was super fast and lovely to work with. And the shades are beautiful!

I had a very hard time trying to get them to come out and give a quote for blinds. It was like pulling teeth. They took a long time to respond. I was ready and willing to buy from them but they made ordering a requisite for them even bothering to come and visit the house due to “COVID”. That seems to be the excuse for everything these days. I don’t generally like to leave negative reviews but this company was a bit much. I’m particularly frustrated because I have a sick family member and we have to urgently replace the covering so she can sleep. No she doesn't have the Rona so there was no danger to their rep.

Working with Marie at Shades of Home was an incredible experience. From the first interaction, she was very professional, worked diligently to source any of the material they didn’t have on hand and helped us with every question we had. She let us know of any potential delays and was always responsive. The quality of the work is really remarkable. The drapes have transformed our house into a home. We honestly couldn’t be happier. Lastly, we need to call out the installation itself. Raj and his team were wonderful to work with - they finished each room quickly and made sure there were no wrinkles in the fabric. Truly wonderful people to work with, we would recommend them again and again.
