I have recently ordered 4 sets of blinds from Shade Works Window Fashions. Jordan is professional, knowledgeable, courteous and helpful. The whole experience was smooth and worry free. Samples were mailed to me for selection and the blinds were delivered on schedule. The install was very easy. The blinds look amazing and even better than what I expected. Great experience with this company! Their customer service went above and beyond to ensure I was happy with the end results. I love my honeycomb blinds, they are all perfect for my space. The honeycomb blackout blinds work wonderfully in my bedroom and are so quick and easy to adjust/use. I love how my kitchen blinds allow just the right amount of light in, plus I can set them to block out the visibility of surrounding businesses from my condo windows but keep the sky and mountain views. Kevin was always very kind and professional. And Roger was fantastic at the installations and offering helpful suggestions to someone who is clueless with all this kind of stuff .
We purchased two 8ft wide, 10 ft long blackout shades on battery roller systems with the smart bridge controller. Despite feeling nervous about this remote purchase we experienced excellent customer service. The setup was quite easy for my wife and I. This required a drill and a level. The shades look great and are set to automatically open before sunrise and close after sunset. We couldn't be happier with the product.
